50:50 Future is a leading D&I training and consultancy company. Their mission is to be a catalyst for inclusion by demystifying diversity and providing solutions to break down barriers. These include one-to-many workshops, one-to-few programmes and one-on-one strategy consulting.
50:50 Future had collected impressive case studies with high profile businesses in the North East but was struggling to succinctly convey its proposition and positioning. They wanted to attract more new business so reached out for help to devise an effective marketing and sales strategy.
We firstly did a deep dive into 50:50 Future clients to find lookalike traits such as business types, roles, pains, objectives and results. Through the use of affinity mapping we found commonalities which formed a clear ideal customer profile. We then used this to create a succinct and targeted proposition and positioning. This was rolled out across their Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Programme which I helped designed the structure and copy for.
In just a few days we managed to unpick and organise 50:50 Future‘s value proposition into a succinct offering. They now have a clear and concise ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure their sales and marketing efforts are laser focused. This is amplified across their online presence and backed up by relevant copy with testimonials from previous clients that matched the ICP. Their Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Programme has seen a 300% uplift in paid signups and is continuing to go from strength-to strength.
